The introductory session costs a reduced price of £30. After that, 50-minute sessions cost £55. ​

I offer open-ended counselling, so the number of sessions you have will depend on what you want to work through and what you can afford.

Once you have contacted me, I will let you know when I am available. If we are both free at the same time, we can start straightaway.

What we talk about will remain confidential except in certain circumstances, such as a serious risk of harm to yourself or others. Also, as an ethical practitioner, I discuss my work with clients with my supervisor in a non-identifiable way. My supervisor and I are both members of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy and abide by the requirements of confidentiality in the BACP's ethical framework. I currently only offer therapy for anyone aged 18 or over.

These sessions are all about you and it is crucial that you can be open and honest, so only you can sit with me in sessions.
