Will Jones
Counselling and Psychotherapy
Sessions available in-person in Leeds City Centre, online and by phone

Welcome to my counselling service
Hi, I’m Will, a welcoming counsellor and psychotherapist based in Leeds City Centre offering in-person, online and phone sessions to adults.

You may be struggling with anxiety, stress, or anger. You may be feeling numb, low, or lost. You might be having difficulties in your relationship, at work, after a bereavement or in other aspects of your life. You could also be noticing a pattern which keeps repeating that you want to stop.

I am here to help you make changes, learn about yourself, and live the life that you want to lead.

How do I work?

I am an integrative therapist, which means that I draw from different therapeutic approaches to meet your individual needs, goals and preferences, rather than rely on only one method.

That might mean that our sessions are a space for you to talk through your thoughts about your issues or work through your feelings at a pace that suits you. They might involve me offering a new perspective, asking thought-provoking questions, or agreeing tasks for you to do between appointments. They could focus on exploring your experiences to find what is outside of your awareness or working out ways for you to deal with situations differently. I will not tell you what to do, but I will help you come to your own decisions.

Where do we begin?

I believe it is important that you find a counsellor that you feel comfortable talking to, so I offer an introductory session for reduced price of £30 where you can get a feel for how it is to speak to me, and we can discuss how we might go forward together.
After the first appointment, individual sessions would cost £60, or you can purchase blocks of 6 sessions for a discounted price of £330.

Sessions would take place either once a week or every two weeks and last 50 minutes.
