Welcome to my counselling service
Are you feeling anxious, stressed, low on confidence, unhappy or overwhelmed? Are you struggling in your relationships, at work, after a bereavement or in another part of your life?
Through counselling, change can occur, and you can get to the life that you want to lead.
I offer a welcoming space where you can talk about your thoughts, feelings, and difficulties without judgement and feel heard. Together we can explore your issues so that you develop greater awareness and understanding of your situation, options and yourself, and as a result feel more in control, able to make new choices and live a more satisfying life.
My approach for counselling is to agree a way forward with you that best meets your needs, preferences and goals by blending my knowledge of different types of therapy, training, and experience, rather than solely rely on one method. This is because I believe that above any one technique, it is our relationship that heals.
My main influences are person-centred, existential, and psychodynamic therapy but I also draw on other forms of therapy such as solution-focused therapy. Uniting them all is the core idea is that our relationships past and present influence how we think, feel and behave, and our therapeutic relationship can be a catalyst for change for you.
I provide in-person, online and phone sessions to individuals aged 18 and over who live in the UK.
I believe it is important that you find a therapist that you feel comfortable talking to, so I offer an introductory session for a reduced price of £30 where you can get a feel for how it is to speak to me and we can discuss how to go forward.
After the first session, individual appointments cost £50.
I also offer block bookings of 6 sessions for a discounted price of £270.
All sessions last 50 minutes.
I look forward to hearing from you.
